Umami for the Soul: an Ode to Natural Women

Oh, Queen of the Shoreline,

My Heart’s delight

Weaving through the rocks and dunes,

Armed with knife and old herring basket

to reach your sea spray domain,

The tideline and the delicate dulse glistening in the cold clear sea.
