The Scotsman Newspaper is launching a nationwide search to find Scotland's Best Food and Drink Pioneer.

Last year, we reached the final of the BBC Food & Farming Awards. Judge Cyrus Todiwala came to visit us at Mara. Here's how he described us:

"Fiona is a die hard campaigner for the use of Seaweed and its very worthy
health properties...
They are a fledgling company no doubt, but Fiona has the will power just
like the waves she defies and passionate to the core...almost fanatical
I should add! But the idea is to recognise the best of British and amongst
that the Height to which Sustainability and Ethical sourcing can be
achieved".
