Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery Policy:

Orders will be only shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

For the UK: we offer a standard delivery service of 2-3 working days at a cost of £2.95 GBP, or first class at £3.80 GBP. For orders of £20 and over we offer free delivery to the UK.

For Europe: We offer a standard delivery service of £4.00

For the rest of the world outside of Europe: we currently charge £20.

Return Policy:

At Mara Seaweed we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return products you have bought. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of dispatch for a refund. Please email info@maraseaweed.com or call us on +44(0)131 552 1323 if you wish to return any goods. In the unlikely event that you received faulty goods, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us for instructions on how to return the goods as in this case we will meet the cost of return postage, though only if this is arranged through our authorised carriers. Once we have the goods back, we will issue a full refund or send replacements, as you prefer.
